Shipping 

 Purchase price includes shipping on all items within the Continental United States. US shipping outside the continental US (i.e. Hawaii and Alaska) may have additional costs. International shipping is available by quote. International shipping does not include any VAT costs or tracking. Customers are responsible for any VAT within their country. Shipping includes insurance for the cost of the item(s).

Returns

I understand that purchasing a knife online can feel a bit risky. I do everything possible to present my knives as you will receive them.

Upon receipt of your knife, you may return it within 7 days no questions asked. The knife must be returned new and unused with all original accessories and packaging. You must contact me by phone at 970-846-9760 before returning. After 7 days, returns are not accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyer is strongly encouraged to purchase insurance for the entire amount of the knife(s). Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded. Upon return receipt of the knife(s), I will inspect to insure the item is in new condition. I will refund the full purchase price if a credit card was used. If you use Paypal to purchase, the associated  fees will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty

I offer a limited lifetime warranty on all my work. This warranty applies to any defects in original materials or build quality. Warranty does not cover any intentional or unintentional misuse, abuse, or modification of any of my work. The final decision on Warranty claims will be decided by me after I have thoroughly inspected the item. I will do repairs on anything not covered by warranty on a case-by-case basis, and for an agreed-upon fee.

I strongly encourage you to send me the knife for any repairs before attempting anything yourself. a bad repair can often be much worse then the original problem. This is especially true with pocket knives. If your pocket knife needs adjusting, just send it to me for adjustment. the parts are small and finicky.

 I do offer free sharpening and general cleaning for all of my work for life. All you have to do is pay shipping to and from me.
